We noticed that the webpage said " This unique residential rural community was created in the mid-1970s, less than 20 years after the area was covered by the 1955 lava flow." It also said " Kalapana Seaview is now the beautiful ocean-side home to a diverse community of people who enjoy the peace and tranquility of rural living in a tropical climate." The header had Kalapana Seaview Estates Community Association as the highest ranking optimized keyword. This keyword is followed by Commnunity Events, KSECA, and Community Calendar which isn't as urgent as Kalapana Seaview Estates Community Association. The other words kseca.org used was Meeting Minutes. Meeting Agendas is included but could not be viewed by search engines.
